Job Description:

Pay Range: $24hr - $28hr

Duties:
  • Intake and review consumer complaints.
  • Mediate complaints and/or refer patters of illegal behavior for attorney review.
  • Assist attorneys with affirmative investigations, including drafting consumer affirmations and collecting and reviewing evidence.
  • Assist with responding to FOIL requests regarding consumer files and document handling.
  • Conduct public outreach, including tabling events.
    • Prefereed Education:
  • Bachelors Degree.
