Paralegal Corporate Advisory

De Brauw is looking for a paralegal to support its Corporate practice. Corporate is one of our largest practices, providing services to a range of international and domestic companies and financial institutions. You will be working on a range of high-end corporate and commercial matters in a young, dynamic and international team.

About the role

As a paralegal, you will be providing our lawyers (advocaten and notaries) with extensive, hands-on legal support. This includes legal research, drafting of documents, preparing statements and supporting transactions. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks and will make creative use of templates and models. In this highly diverse role, you are proactive in how you organise your workload and are innovative in coming up with smart ways of working, or ideas to simplify our processes.
