Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare AGM’s, EGM’s, notices to the shareholders and board minutes, ensuring their smooth and timely functioning
  • Assisting from the incorporation up to the liquidation of the group’s companies
  • Filings of accounts and other publications at the RCSL
  • Liaise with the external counsel, as well as with notaries for the organization of various notarial deeds
  • Support with AML requests and KYC process
  • Legalize/Apostille documents
  • Arrange the signature of legal documents
  • Maintain registers of shareholders up-to date and file/organize corporate legal documents

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience
  • Excellent French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail orientated, flexible, with initiative and ability to work on a broad variet...
