What Would You Be Doing?

Point of contact for customer and staff inquiries and needs. Works closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

Responsible for leading operational projects across a variety of locations.

Responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators and assisting staff to ensure locations are operating at or above company standards.

Staff Supervision

Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization.

Sustain a physical presence across a variety of locations to ensure customer and staffing needs are addressed in a timely, professional manner.

Assist supervisors and location managers with scheduling and coordination of staffing based on location requirements and event activity.<...
