We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Customer Care Coordinator who enjoys a busy clinic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

Pay

$23 per hour

The Role

This position supports the daily operations of our clinic front desk.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and assisting clients with appointments and questions
• Greeting clients and managing check-in
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the clinic team with general administrative tasks
