GardaWorld is seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Officer for its Security Services team. This role demands strong judgment and observation skills, with responsibilities including monitoring sales floors for theft, intervening in suspicious activities, and conducting arrests when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the sales floor to monitor for potential shoplifting
• Ensure all merchandise leaving the store is paid for
• Intervene to apprehend customers attempting theft
• Write detailed daily and incident reports
• Testify in court as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Security Guard License required
• At least 1 year of loss prevention experience
