Part-Time Project Coordinator (3 Days/Week)

TEA is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Senior Event Producers in the planning and execution of creative events and brand experiences.

This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within the events industry while gaining hands‑on experience in production, vendor management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Vendor research, sourcing, and quote collection
• Vendor outreach and securing pricing
• Venue research and recommendations
• Supporting budget management
• Following the TEA project management process
• Assisting with pre‑production logistics including purchasing, mailing, packing, and errands
• Providing additional on‑site event support as needed
