Be a vital part of the St. James YMCA Kids Club as a part-time School Age Leader. Support children ages 5-12 and create an inclusive environment that fosters growth.
This permanent position includes 27.5 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday. Your role involves designing engaging age-appropriate programs and building relationships with children, families, and community partners. You'll lead activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards while nurturing a supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
