What you'll be editing

• Short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (viral clipping, hooks, captions, pacing)
• Long-form YouTube videos (story-driven, personal, casual- not corporate or over-produced)

What I'm looking for

• Must be based in India
• Strong English, written and spoken (communication is fully in English)
• Familiar with CapCut, Final Cut Pro
• Understands short-form trends — hooks, captions, pacing, retention
• Can match a casual, personal, authentic aesthetic (not overly polished)
• Reliable, communicates well, meets deadlines
• ~15–20 hours/week availability
