Partner – Financial Consulting Practice

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Partner to lead the Financial Consulting Practice in Canada. The Partner will develop and implement a multi‑year growth strategy, drive business development, and build a strong pipeline of revenue and market share.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute a multi‑year growth strategy for Canada aligned with Firm and North American Financial Consulting strategy.
• Understand current capabilities, identify priority gaps, and collaborate with leaders to fill those gaps.
• Leverage deep industry expertise in the Canadian marketplace (Finance, Life Sciences, Technology, Public sector).
• Drive business development through marketing, sales strategies, thought leadership, webinars, white papers, proposals, and branding.
• Utilize existing networks (law firms, insurance companies, banks, corporate counsel, audit committees, compliance officers...
