Parts Advisor – Acura of Thornhill

Location: Thornhill, ON L4J1A1

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for picking parts and delivering them to internal customers, while maintaining a clean and well‑stocked inventory.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from suppliers, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist all customers in selecting required parts to ensure optimum customer service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring exposure to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Picks parts using picking tickets and delivers them to technicians’ workbenches.
• Return all parts from the workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
