Job Description:

To support the Parts and Warehouse function in the supply of parts to the Workshop, driving improvements in working efficiencies and Customer Service Levels, through proactive planning and communication with the Service Team on Workshop repairs.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Workshop:

  • Provide a timely and efficient parts delivery process for all workshop repairs (planned/unplanned), liaising with workshop personnel as required

  • Perform routine checks for parts supply on all workshop jobs

  • Ensure a fast, efficient & accurate delivery of components to relevant jobs in the Workshop

  • Pre- Picking of parts and order planning for Workshop jobs

  • Prepare and process all parts related documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers for ordering non-Volvo parts.

  • Ensuring job cards contain correct parts information ready for the admin team to invoice, and in a timely fas...
