We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join Whisk by Wadhwa, a flavour-focused pastry brand specialising in refined French desserts, tarts, catering, and wedding favours. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, clean flavours, and strong pastry fundamentals, and is eager to grow with a young, expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pastries, tarts, and desserts as per brand recipes and quality standards
• Assist with daily production for small-batch orders, catering, and events
• Maintain consistency in flavour, finish, and portioning
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Manage mise en place, prep schedules, and basic inventory tracking
• Support menu development, trials, and new product testing when required
