The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. The Paving Superintendent ensures contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with specifications and customer expectations. He/she provides accurate revenue and cost information to accounting, reviews invoices and cost reports prior to release, and develops and maintains the capabilities of the GVA operations organization to increase construction revenue and profitability.
