Detailed Overview
Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Responsible for providing financial administration, systems and advisory support to the Payroll Services department; performs quality checks, analysis, and mass payroll and timekeeping entry audits to ensure appropriate coding and collective agreement rules are followed; ensures controls are in place for departments identified in the mass audits; investigates and identifies input and/or coding discrepancies and recommends process improvements; implements corrective action, as required including performance management, coaching and/or employee discipline; coordinates, organizes and assigns general ledger reconciliation work to designated staff in accordance with established policies and procedures; reviews the general ledger reconciliation process work performed by staff and authorizes e...
