Our client, a well-established organization in the non-profit and community services space, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Business Partner to play a critical role in supporting a growing, people-first workforce. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a compliance-driven environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely payroll that directly impacts employeesβ day-to-day experience.
You will join a collaborative HR and Finance team that values accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. Supporting a workforce of approximately 400 employees across Ontario, your work will ensure employees are paid accurately and that benefits administration is handled with care, consistency, and compliance.
