Working with the HR team, the person will play a key role in ensuring compliance, process reliability, and quality of the employee experience. Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire payroll cycle (Quebec and other provinces).
• Ensure legal compliance and data reliability.
• Administer group insurance and retirement savings plans.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the integration of HR tools (HiBob, Nethris, Evolia).
