Job Description
Ensure accurate payroll processing for DCC employees as a Payroll Coordinator. This hybrid role demands detail-oriented skills in payroll management, compliance, and reporting.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Compensation and Payroll, the Coordinator is vital for accurate, timely payments to DCC employees while adhering to government regulations. Your responsibilities include managing multi-jurisdiction payroll, reconciling deductions, and handling payroll inquiries confidentially. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships within DCC and with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify DCC’s multi-jurisdiction payroll
• Report and remit statutory deductions consistently
• Prepare Records of Employment via Service Canada
• Review time entries and recommend actions
• Prepare various payroll reports as needed
