We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager. The activities include, but are not limited to the following:

Required education and competencies

• Leading the payroll team
• End‑to‑end payroll processing.
• Experience with calculation of PTU, Aguinaldo, teleworking; severance and settlements.
• Responsible for ensuring all salaries, deductions and other payroll components are correct and complete.
• Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, teleworking, severance and settlements).
• Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPIs).
• Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements.
• Controlling and reconciling the payroll system versus GL and tax base.
• Implementing processes needed to further digitize the payroll system.
• Supervising and managing payslip compliance with the tax authority.
