Job Description
ADP is hiring a **Payroll Specialist for our Portuguese market** .
In this role, you will work with a portfolio of Portuguese payroll clients based all over the world from 1 to 2000 employees.
Manage the assigned client portfolio, complying with the deadlines agreed in each process and ensuring optimum quality in the results delivered.
Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes carried out and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in the service.
Participate in those internal projects that the company may assign to implement new tools or processes.
Integrity, resilience, positivity, attention to detail are must-haves in this job. Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, compliance and documentation, process improvements, receiving updates on tax laws, benefit plans, and deductions, Staying updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices...
