Payroll Specialist :

We are looking for a passionate Payroll Specialist to join our Client Services Team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for serving ADP clients in order to deliver World Class Service, as well as maximize the value for them and continuously improve process and service.

This is a temporal contract for maternity cover.

Location: Milan

ROLE IN TERMS OF TASKS :

  • Your main task will be to ensure delivery of excellent service through:
  • Resolving client queries, issues and requests to client satisfaction within agreed service levels
  • Identifying and implementing service, process and product improvements
  • Managing CRM and email caseloads whilst being available to answer client phone queries
  • Managing client expectations with regard to case resolution timescales
