Job Description
* BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leadership role. Knowledge of Mexico payroll legislation/taxation is required.* Advanced English (reading/speaking) required* Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience.* Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
