Description

Purpose of Position
The P&C Fraud Lead is accountable for leading the implementation of FSRA’s Fraud & Abuse Strategy that supports FSRA’s anti-fraud objectives, including driving business priorities and outcomes, providing strategic advice, evidence-based analysis, and subject matter expertise. This position is responsible for leading the planning and execution of initiatives to support FSRA’s goal of reducing P&C insurance fraud in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Fraud Reporting Service Development and Fraud & Abuse Strategy
• Conceptualize, create, and implement Ontario’s first Fraud Reporting Service to support FSRA’s P&C insurance fraud management strategy.
• Lead development and execution of FSRA’s Fraud & Abuse Strategy, including project planning, solution design, and recommendations to executive steering committees.
