Job Duties and Qualifications

• Under strict supervision, learns basic safety and repair procedures on PSL equipment using the iLearn competency process defined for this job role.
• Learns basic operations, such as performing pre/post job Coil Tubing equipment inspections, completing preventative maintenance procedures, and maintaining support equipment (e.g., pumps, flowback lines).
• Completes requisite training (essential math, essential red book, safety training, etc.) following the iLearn' career development system processes.
• Assists in clean‑up, repair, and preparation for a job; may help rig up and down service line equipment at the wellsite.
• Acquires skills by completing the iLearn' competency management system requirements for Operator Assistant I; must have passed company tests and met competency Task List requirements.
