The primary function of the New Programs area is to implement the new production models included in Ford Motor Co.'s Business Plan.
Ford Champs will allow you to get to now different business areas through 12 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.
As an PD Ford Champ, you will be responsible of providing leadership to interdisciplinary teams to ensure that the activities established in the Launch system standards are met on time and in the proper manner.
The basic tools to be used are those included in GPDS and LQOS (which represent the standards and operating systems for New Program Launches).

Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Automotive Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related
