**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Pediatric Program Coordinator** , you will help the Partners for Healthy Students program coordinate and administer admitting, data acquisition and processing, accounting, fundraising and public relations so they can efficiently provide healthcare services to patients/families, developing and implementing health education materials and programs for specific children/family populations.

Every day you will use Material Management's Systems for ordering and maintaining clinical and office inventories/supplies and manage internal program charges. You will be expected to (coordinate the reconciliation with Patient Financial Services, Materials Management, and dietary; provide oversight and guidance to school nurses and personnel with intake, eligibility, admission and referral processes; and facilitate referrals to community agencies when health and/or social issues are identified).
