Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric care and 24/7 on-call coverage for the Women’s and Children’s Health unit.
• Manage pediatric inpatients and healthy newborns with a focus on evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Attend deliveries upon request and provide specialist consultations for the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold the hospital’s ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement).
• Utilize the hospital’s HIMSS Stage 6 Electronic Health Record system to ensure seamless patient data management and safety.
