The People & Culture Business Partner is a trusted talent and people advisor for Ridge North America, responsible for helping attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional people across Ridge’s destinations and operating businesses. This role plays a critical part in building the teams that bring the Ridge experience to life across hospitality, attractions, adventure, food & beverage, retail, and guest‑facing operations.
