Who are we looking for?

GHD has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Chile Region. The People Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies to the business objectives for the region.

The position serves as the strategic partner to principals and managers, and a first point of contact and resource to employees on human resource-related issues. Collaborating with the Centers of Excellence (COE), the People Business Partner seeks to proactively develop integrated people solutions for the region.
