People & Culture Coordinator

As a People & Culture (HR) Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and orientation, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, while ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting the needs of both staff and the business.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely and effective follow‑up.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions and students, including needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and attending job fairs.
