The People Data Operations Specialist enables simpler, faster, and more reliable HR execution by providing core people data and operational support to HR Business Partners and HR teams across Europe.
This role contributes to a people-centric, high-performing HR organization through strong data discipline, standardized employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. The role leverages digital tools, automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency - while delivering a positive employee and business experience.
