**Position Summary...**
As a People Partner – Transportation, you will serve as a trusted partner to transportation and logistics leaders, associates, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help drive people strategies that support business priorities, operational excellence, associate engagement, compliance, and a strong workplace culture.

You will use your HR expertise, business judgment, and knowledge of transportation operations to support leaders and associates across areas such as associate relations, staffing, performance management, talent development, compliance, workforce planning, and change management. You will also help ensure company policies, procedures, values, and standards of ethics and integrity are consistently applied across the business.
