Develop retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies Work closely with content, design, product, and e-commerce teams Track analytics, attribution, cohort performance, and conversion metrics Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition channels Manage external agencies & vendors if required Requirements 58+ years of experience in performance marketing/growth roles in fast pace B2C businesses Strong understanding of D2C growth and e-commerce funnels Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/ Flipkart ads, analytics tools, and attribution platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience scaling consumer brands/startups preferred Healthcare/wellness/ Devices experience is a value add
