Required Qualifications

• Personal Care Home Orientation Workshop
• Food Sanitation Course
• Standard First Aid Course
• Personal Care Workers Course (Ministry of Health; required within 3 months of hire)
• Ministry of Health Online Medication Assistance Module
• Criminal Record Check completed within the last 6 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Managerial or supervisory training is an asset
