As a Personal Finance Advisor at Caisse Desjardins Ontario, you’re responsible for developing and maintaining a lasting, trust-based business relationship with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role is to listen to the needs of members and clients, offer advice tailored to their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You drive results by preparing offers, and recommending investments, loans and insurance. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and determine target outcomes.
• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up on these relationships and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay on top of financial services industry news, market trends and best practices in your field.
