Our client, a Personal Injury Law Firm in Ontario, is looking for an experienced PI Associate to join their growing team. This is a Remote position for lawyers located in and called to the bar in Ontario.

Your role will include:

Driving cases from the issuance of the Statement of Claim through to a successful resolution at mediation or trial.

Ensuring expedited management of files and working closely with the client to get them the best possible result.

Identifying opportunities on files and expediting matters strategically.

Independently lead files through audit of files, examinations for discovery, ongoing reporting and negotiation, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.

Managing a complex CMS to effectively work remotely.

You are the ideal candidate if you have/are:

A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario with 3-8 years of relevant legal experience working on complex Personal Injury files.
