No call center they are a small traditional brokerage working on an Alpha Split They are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join their team. You are:

RIBO licensed with at least 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience

Customer centered with a solutions focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Works well autonomously and as part of a Team

Proficient on Powerbroker, company portals, Word and Outlook

Experience on small business and IRCA policies an asset

50/50 benefits - no vision , RRSP or pension

9-4:30 with 1/2 hour for lunch

CAIB and/or CIP an asset

Salary depending on experience
