Personal Lines VIP Broker

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our insurance brokerage client to find a first-class Personal Lines VIP Broker to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario (hybrid / remote / in-office). The primary responsibility of this role will be to build, grow, and retain a high-value personal insurance book of business while delivering customized coverage solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

Prospect, generate, and close personal lines VIP insurance business

Build and manage your own book of business with a strong focus on retention

Recommend tailored coverage solutions for high-net-worth clients

Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience from quote to binding

Identify cross-sell opportunities across the brokerage’s full product portfolio
