What does the day-to-day in the role involve?

Answering inbound sales and customer service calls emails and chat.

Setting up new client accounts and ensuring customers documentation is correct.

Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.

Work with the marketing team to follow leads

Provide excellent customer service also generating sales.

Overcoming objections, closing sale.

Going through renewals and processing them.
