Position Overview
This Pharmacy Supervisor reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and oversees the receiving, preparation, and timely delivery of prescriptions while ensuring accurate inventory levels and providing customer counseling and education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance and direction to staff
• Responsible for hiring and managing staff performance
• Accountable for the financial and operational success of the department
• Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
• Ensure medication and over‑the‑counter supplement inventory levels are adequate to meet patient needs
• Provide counseling to patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive and proactive manner
