Physician Contracts Analyst Summary

• Responsible for ensuring physician contracts and agreements are in compliance with all legal, governmental and regulatory requirements. Oversees all physician offers for employment and agreements for BayCare Medical Group Physician compensation programs.
• Responsible for standard and complex contract negotiations and financial analysis associated with said negotiations.
• Review agreements and suggest contract language related to physician contracts.
