The Rexdale Community Health Centre (RCHC) is a multi-service organization providing primary health care, health promotion, and community support services. These include settlement and community development programs for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds, including children, youth, adults, and seniors.

RCHC is currently recruiting three (4) Full-Time Physicians to join our Inter-professional Primary Care Team (IPCT). This team is part of a broader initiative to expand access to comprehensive, team-based care in the community.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary healthcare services to individuals and families in marginalized communities.
