Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate Therapeutic Services programs, including training program assistants.
• Maintain appropriate records of planned programs and attendance.
• Complete INTERRAI MDS assessment elements relevant to physiotherapy.
• Participate in review of triggered RAPS and development of resident care plans consistent with the Collaborative Care Model.
