Job Description
Join CHEO as a dedicated Physiotherapist focused on enhancing mobility for infants and children. Deliver tailored therapy in homes and childcare facilities to aid children with developmental challenges.
As a Physiotherapist at CHEO, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to support children with developmental delays. Your expertise in conducting assessments and providing direct therapy will be critical. Engage in team meetings to improve quality and deliver community presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual assessments of gross motor function
• Deliver direct therapy and consultations for young patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide training sessions and community presentations
• Supervise student interns and facilitate clinical teaching
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Minimum two years’ experience with infants and preschoolers
