Job Description

PIA Client Service Associate supports an Investment Advisor (IA) or team of advisors, handling administrative tasks and client communication to ensure a high level of client service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs for client meetings
• Create reports for client account analysis and identify referral opportunities
• Accept and create leads, ensuring correct referral coding
• Submit marketing pieces for approval and maintain marketing materials
• Adhere to compliance requirements for account documentation and marketing
• Respond to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries based on brokerage knowledge
