Introductie

Als Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van alle service monteurs in heel Nederland en België. Zodoende is het spreken van de Nederlandse taal heel belangrijk.

Functieomschrijving

  • Het is jouw uitdaging om alle reparatieklussen van de monteurs zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijk in te plannen.
  • Jouw planning wordt automatisch gecommuniceerd naar de klanten.
  • Het is van groot belang om de planning zorgvuldig te coördineren en zoveel mogelijk monteurs in te zetten zonder problemen of fricties.
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met de monteurs die werkzaam zijn in de buitendienst.
  • Het doel is om een naadloze planning te realiseren die zorgt voor optimale inzet van de monteurs en tevreden klanten.
