Tier‑1 automotive manufacturing site
in Kecskemét. This role has full responsibility for
safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance
, with direct accountability to OEM customers.
You will lead a large, multidisciplinary plant organization in a
Just‑in‑Time, zero‑defect environment
, balancing strong cost pressure with operational excellence and workforce engagement.
Key responsibilities
Full
P&L responsibility
for the plant
Lead all plant functions:
Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and EHS
Ensure
zero safety incidents
and strict compliance with automotive and labor standards
Deliver
on‑time, in‑full (OTIF)
supply to OEM customers
Drive
continuous improvement (Lean / Kaizen / World Class Manufacturing)
Manage capacity, workforce planning, and productivity in a volatile demand environment
