**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Support plant operations by performing general clean-up, equipment maintenance, and material handling.
+ Assist with safe and efficient operation of machinery and tools.
+ Monitor, inspect, and report on plant conditions to maintain continuous operation.
+ Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety.
+ Provide operational support to team members as needed to meet production goals.
