You will be responsible for driving production excellence, ensuring 100% compliance with Canadian safety standards, and optimizing complex workflows including fabrication, welding, and machining. As a data‑driven leader, you will oversee a multi‑layered team to meet demanding production targets while maintaining strict cost controls.
