As the Plant Manager , you will oversee all operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production, compliance with industry standards as well as plant-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will identify and lead continuous improvement projects. You will be on‑site and will report to the Director of Powder Operations.

• Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
